How
It All Started: |
Moore
Powersports started as business idea in Chris’s home garage
after many nights of Chris and Nick working on friends and families
powersports toys. Seeing that in this area there is nowhere
to go get quality work done on your powersports equipment we
thought it would be a great business opportunity to make a living
doing what we both love to do. After almost a year of looking
for a location to “open up shop” we came upon our
current location and the rest is history. We offer any services
you need, whether you just need an oil change and an inspection
or want a full blown race engine built we got you covered. We
opened the shop with one thing in mind, being able to come here
and trust in the work you receive and be happy with the price
you pay. |

Chris:
Chris started at a young age on a dirt bike and has been working
on and playing with anything fast ever since. He began competing
in Hare Scrambles in his teen years, which paved his path to
become a certified small engine and powersports mechanic graduating
from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in 2003. Having gained experience
in the past 11 years of working on anything from lawn mowers
to motorcycles and snowmobiles he felt it was time to start
his own shop where you could go to get quality work done at
a reasonable price. |

Nick:
Nick grew up always being in the garage and usually tearing
everything apart to see how it works. Once he was old enough,
motorcycles and pretty much anything that goes fast became his
passion. This led him to go to college for mechanical engineering,
always planning on working in the powersports industry. After
college he started a landscaping business, which introduced
him even further into the small engine world. Once becoming
friends with Chris, they knew that they could build one of the
best powersports shops in the area. With both of them at Moore
Powersports, it will truly be a one stop shop for any small
engine or powersports needs. |
